SETH RAND
President / Internet Marketing Specialist
Seth manages Rand Internet Marketing's web development projects, and personally performs and/or directly manages all of Rand Internet Marketing's internet marketing services, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaign management, and affiliate marketing. Seth has managed the development of over 400 website's, along with over $1.4 million in pay per click marketing, and has achieved over 80,000 Top 10 organic search engine rankings for his clients. Seth is a licensed Google Advertising Professional and a Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador, as well as a member of SEMPO and the eMarketing Association. Seth has also had articles published in Visiblity Magazine and hundreds of other website on the topic of internet marketing.
LAUREN RAND
Comptroller
With ten years of experience bookkeeping for a variety of businesses and entrepreneurs, Lauren applies her knowledge in the field, love of numbers and her knack for organization to running the Bookkeeping, Payroll and Human Resources departments for her husband while their kids are in school; then she goes home to her “real job”.

BRIAN SCHILLER
Sales Director
Brian is a San Francisco native and graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts. Brian has over 5 years experience selling technology, B2B, and B2C marketing solutions to businesses of all sizes. Brian runs an internal sales group at Rand Internet Marketing, manages several 3rd party resellers/business development partnerships, and handles account management for many of Rand Internet Marketing’s clients. He is also the devoted father of a 7-year old son, Maverick.
GERMAN MUNOZ
Account Manager
German is a South Florida Native of Colombian descent. German has over five years of experience in business development. German has experience selling across many different industries including staffing, logistics, supply chain, procurement, and for the last year has mainly focused on Corporate Identities, Branding, and Internet Marketing. German's focus at Rand Internet Marketing is to contribute and continue the growth of the organization with business development by participating in networking events, different technology groups, chambers and business expositions. On his off times he enjoys the South Florida hot spots at night and relaxation activities during the day.
OSCAR VILLALBA
Account Manager
Oscar grew up in Barranquilla, Colombia and moved to South Florida as a young child. He graduated from UCF with a B.A. in Psychology and since then has gained over 3 years experience in the retail and hospitality industries. Oscar is part of the internal sales group at Rand Internet Marketing where he dedicates a lot of his time learning about the new emerging markets and help increase productivity for small business. He is very proactive, enjoys exercising or playing basketball on a daily basis, and spends his time on the weekends enjoying the beautiful, sunny Florida weather and fishing with friends.

Web Design Project Manager
With 10 years experience in advertising and a degree from Miami International University of Art and Design, graphic designer Erin Keene specializes in custom online and print marketing solutions. For the last 4 years she has run her own business, Keene Designs, and has joined the Rand team to ensure every project, from corporate to creative, is completed to customer satisfaction in a time efficient manner and with a Keene eye, of course.
STASE GRIGALIUNAITE
Senior Web Programmer
Born in Lithuania Stase Grigaliunaite majored in Computer Science and has worked in the industry for 8 years as a programmer and a designer. She has been involved in many projects. Stase owned her own company, Word Website Design developing various Internet applications.
JESSE VÉLEZ
Web Designer
Jesse Velez brings over 18 years of design experience to the Web Production team. Jesse’s palette of experience includes: web and graphic design, corporate presentations and motion graphics. These disciplines help him to create a unique and creative user experience to the web projects he designs.
ANDRES M BOTERO
Web Programmer
Andres specializes in developing dynamic websites which require programming features or databases. He builds, manages and troubleshoots various programming platforms such as: e-commerce, content management systems and web applications. He holds a degree in Geomatics Engineering earned in Colombia.

JOYCE PATINO
Video Project Manager
Joyce attended The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale for a degree in Music and Video Business. Since that time, she has also gotten a degree in Multimedia and Digital Media Technology from Broward College. Video production and post production is her passion though and she chose to focus her professional interests in those areas. Joyce is currently the Video Production Project Manager with Rand and The Media Zoo. If you have a question about your production, scheduling, actors, etc. you would contact Joyce.
KEN LOPEZ

For the last 5 years Kenneth Lopez has led various project implementations, providing a creative and unique look to company projects such as a popular “Virtual Training” department for major dealership companies like Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan, Land Rover and prominent companies like Disney, Blu-ray and Sonic Automotive all while working with Kaizen Multimedia and V-Active Solutions. He has proven the ability to manage large projects, consistently delivering these engagements within time and budget constraints. He posses a solid track record for leading and motivating as well as following and learning from higher design professionals in order to achieve a high level of performance. He has demonstrated success in managing these full project life-cycles, which have resulted in million dollar savings for Kaizen Multimedia and partners including Panasonic and subsidiaries of Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Kenneth posses a deep and creative understanding of design and multiple design mediums. Such as video editing, 2d and 3d design, as well as drawing board and brain storming projects.

Don recently joined our company and brings many years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. Don was the president of his own consulting company, working with large corporations in the Chicago area. After twenty five successful years Don sold his company to an international organization. Several years ago with the vision that Internet Marketing will replace print media Don proceeded to develop his own Internet Marketing & Advertising Company. Today he brings this knowledge & experience to our company. Don is a Wish Granter for the Make a wish Foundation and has assisted numerous other non profits in their fundraising activities. Don has a degree in Marketing and an MBA.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, Mr. Gonzalez is a progressive and intuitive marketing professional always looking to develop remarkable tactics in order to persuade his target audience, he can achieve this thru the application of Neuro-Marketing based strategies. He focuses his efforts in obtaining measurable results while delivering brand recognition and the best return of investment for all his clients. Juan Gonzalez holds a Masters Degree in marketing and studied Psychology at San Buenaventura University in Colombia.

Jason Kryshka received his Marketing and Business Degree from Florida Atlantic University. After graduating, he immediately began working for a small website (at the time) Myxer.com. During his two years at Myxer, his marketing projects supported and helped grow an audience of 4 million to well over 30 million dedicated users! In search of a new opportunity where he could grow and learn more about the internet marketing industry, he found Rand Internet Marketing, and has worked here ever since. Jason brings a variety of strengths to the table and is eager to start any new marketing projects you may have.
