SETH RAND
President / Internet Marketing Specialist
Seth manages Rand Internet Marketing's web development projects, and personally performs and/or directly manages all of Rand Internet Marketing's internet marketing services, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click campaign management, and affiliate marketing. Seth has managed the development of over 400 website's, along with over $1.4 million in pay per click marketing, and has achieved over 80,000 Top 10 organic search engine rankings for his clients. Seth is a licensed Google Advertising Professional and a Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador, as well as a member of SEMPO and the eMarketing Association. Seth has also had articles published in Visiblity Magazine and hundreds of other website on the topic of internet marketing.
LAUREN RAND
Comptroller
With 10 years of experience bookkeeping for a variety of businesses and entrepreneurs, Lauren applies her knowledge in the field, love of numbers and her knack for organization to running the Bookkeeping, Payroll and Human Resources departments for her husband while their kids are in school; then she goes home to her “real job”.

YASMIN REYGADA
Business Development Associate
Yasmin Raygada, a native of Peru, has almost ten years experience in sales and marketing. Her efforts have been concentrated on building Rands’ presence in Latin America and other Spanish speaking areas of the world. Yasmin’s knowledge of the Internet and IT skills have increased Rands’ ability to service its’ customers.

ERIN K. MCGROGAN
Creative Director
With over 10 years experience in advertising and a degree from Miami International University of Art and Design, graphic artist Erin Keene McGrogan specializes in custom online and print marketing solutions. Dedicated to Rand since the company opened, she ran her own marketing business Keene Designs prior to joining the team, and is know for her excellence in visionary. She makes it her priority to work with the produciton team to ensure every project, from corporate to creative, is completed with a Keene eye.
ANDRES M. BOTERO
Web Programmer
Andres specializes in developing dynamic websites which require programming features or databases. He builds, manages and troubleshoots various programming platforms such as: e-commerce, content management systems and web applications. He holds a degree in Geomatics Engineering earned in Colombia.
SERGEY LOGINOV
Web Designer
A programming graduate of Russian Technical College, Sergey is a professional Web developer with over 4 years of professional experience in the web design industry. Sergey took first place in several competitions among web-programmers in Russia. Sergey has worked with almost every Web technology including HTML, CMS, CSS, PHP, Perl, C++ and JavaScript. Sergey is proficient in all of the aforementioned technologies and is consistently fast and efficient in developing creative, dynamic websites.
ALAN DAVIDSON
Web Designer
Alan is a Web Designer with over 8 Years of Professional Experience with the ability to be a developer when neccessary. He has built several websites using CMS platforms such as Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress and Expression Engine and merges content with clean design. He enjoys travelling and is an avid tech-junkie - he always keeps an eye out for emerging web technologies and methods. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science which was earned in Thailand.
LUCI SOUSA
Web Designer/Developer
Luci is a Web Designer and front-end web developer with over ten years of professional experience. She handles custom design creation, configuration and custom design integration of Magento e-commerce websites, Wordpress blogs, vBulletin forums and any other sites with database-driven functionality. She has worked for both large and small companies, including Memorex Products and IBM. Luci was born in the magical country of Brazil and holds a Bachelor degree in Law earned in Brazil, as well as an Associates of Science degree in Web Interactive Designing from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.

Account Manager
After graduating from SUNY Oneonta in New York with his BS in Business and Marketing, Nick followed the sunshine to South Florida. For nearly 10 years Nick has been assisting small businesses in their sales and marketing efforts. A background in marketing, coupled with a desire to learn every aspect of the growing marketing landscape, makes Nick a great fit with the Rand team. With his strong eye for design and a zeal for Internet Marketing, Nick will manage your project from the design phase, through the ongoing marketing of your campaign.
